Jacqueline Yap is a freelance writer in the DMV area and founder of The Sexy Politico. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2007 with a double major in History and Political Science and a minor in South East Asian Studies. She served in the Peace Corps in Bulgaria from 2010 to 2012 as an English Language teacher and taught English in China for three years before returning to the U.S. to work on a congressional campaign.
